These risk management tools are available to every ProphetX trader at any time. Set them up before you need them — we'll enforce them automatically.
Set a daily limit on deposits — we enforce it automatically. On desktop, click Manage limits below. In the app, go to Menu → Responsible Trading.
Manage limits →Pause your account for a set period — a day, a week, or longer. Use our form to let us know how long you'd like to pause.
Voluntarily lock your account long-term. Permanent or time-limited options are available. Use our form to get started.
Permanently close your ProphetX account by visiting our account closure form.

You may lose your entire investment. Trading derivative instruments on ProphetX carries significant risk. If settlement conditions are not met at expiration, a position may expire without value.
Set a budget before you start. Funding and margin requirements can change on short notice. Decide in advance what you can afford to commit and use our deposit limit tools to hold yourself to it.
Understand the instruments before you trade. Payouts may be fixed, variable, or contingent on specific criteria being met. Review the full Risk Disclosure Statement before placing your first position.
Make sure trading is right for you. Derivatives trading is not appropriate for everyone. Before participating, evaluate your experience, objectives, and financial situation.
Know when to seek help. If trading is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, confidential behavioral health resources are available to all ProphetX traders through Birches Health — often covered by insurance.
ProphetX uses age verification to ensure our platform is only accessible to adults. All users are required to verify their age during registration — we do not permit minors to create accounts or participate on the platform.
